Thank you for shopping with iMPRESS51.SHOP This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United States.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including:
- The 48 contiguous states
- Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. territories, where available
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses, where supported by the shipping carrier
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
During holidays, sales, product launches, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Products
Some products may be made, printed, or prepared specifically for your order. These products may require additional production time before shipment.
Estimated production and delivery times will be displayed on the product page or communicated after your order is placed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on factors such as:
- Delivery address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Products ordered
- Selected shipping method
Any available free-shipping promotions will be displayed on our website or automatically applied at checkout when the order qualifies.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-4 business days, when available
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses: Delivery may require additional time
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number after your order has shipped.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please contact us immediately at: **customerservice@impress51.shop **if you notice an error in your address. We will make a reasonable effort to correct it, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is resent.
Delayed Orders
If we are unable to ship your order within the estimated processing period, we will notify you and provide updated information.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be given the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may be outside our direct control. We will assist you with available tracking information and carrier inquiries whenever possible.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us at: customerservice@impress51.shop
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Verify the shipping address on your order.
- Check around the delivery location.
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building management.
- Allow an additional 24–48 hours, because some carriers scan packages before final delivery.
- Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
After completing these steps, contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date so we can review the situation.
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will provide reasonable assistance with carrier claims when possible.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@impress51.shop.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping package and label
Please keep all packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages or on different dates. You may receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
You may not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.
Refused and Returned Packages
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address may be subject to return shipping charges and reshipment fees.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by iMPRESS51.SHOP.
Cancellations and Changes
Order cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered production, processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
